Approach

- Launch an innovative makeup concept that invites each woman to be the “artisan” of her own beauty by providing her with no fewer than 700 product references for the face, lips and eyes.

- Offer an uninhibited idea of makeup, strengthening its creative and playful aspect by inviting the customer to play with (rather than follow) trends to express her innermost personality.

- Establish a close and intimate relationship between the brand, the product and the customer.
- Break away from traditional retail beauty codes, by working in particular with vertical product displays.

- Present the “star” product not in furniture, but magnetised onto a metallic surface.

- Recreate a palette – a “colorama” – that invites discovery.

- Allow the customer to explore and embrace at a glance the depth and structure of the product line to elicit impulse buying.
