Approach

Within the YVES SAINT LAURENT brand territory, create and roll-out consistently a uniquely identifying store concept for each of the YSL brands: Rive Gauche, YSL Homme, Blue, Saint Laurent and YSL Jeans
- Create an original store concept for each of the lines based on the brand DNA and on their individual positioning, which will be blueprinted and standardised to guarantee the cohesiveness of the Yves Saint Laurent brand, as well as its perfect homogeneity during the concept roll-out to the different store and shop-in-shop formats.

- Proceed allegorically, re-instilling attention to detail and delicate finishes (two notions at the very essence of luxury) at the heart of the creative process, for example by accessorising chest drawers with pulls made from the same leathers presented in the YSL Homme collection.

- For each product line, adopt a reverse creative approach, working first on the details, then extrapolating them to arrive at a harmonious and coherent ensemble.
